Pan American Basketball Tournament Master Paraná, Argentina
The Vaqueras Master Association of PR, during 2022, did activities to help this group of athletes participate in the Pan American Tournament in Paraná, Argentina. This is our commitment to support and promote health through sport.

Club San Agustín, Argentina
During the participation of the PR basketball teams in the Pan American Master, there was the opportunity to share with the members of the Club Atlético de San Agustín. These girls adopted the country of Puerto Rico, thanks to a FIMBA initiative, to carry out a cultural exchange between clubs and participating countries. This club is made up of girls between the ages of 7 to 16 who practice the sport of basketball in a small neighborhood in Paraná of the same name. Among the experiences we were able to live, we witnessed the commitment of parents to raise funds so that girls could participate and practice the sport they were so passionate about when they were children. As part of the experience, the girls of the club and their parents attended all the games of the FEM 50+ team making them feel as if they were at home. The FEM 50+ team and the Vaqueras Master de PR association "adopted" the club by donating equipment, footwear and sportswear. This, like others, is a testament of how sports unify different cultures and generations that have in common the love for the ball, the hoop and the court.

What is next?
We will be publishing the dates corresponding to Health and Basketball Clinics for adult women across different regions in PR
Thank you!!!
